01 / SETTLING IN

Arrive ready.
Settle in easily.

Check-in & departure

Published standard times are check-in from 11 am and checkout by 10 am. Arrange alternatives with management. Reception hours can change; check your arrival messages and call ahead for a late arrival.

Site size & groups

The published standard is four people per site. Larger families and groups should confirm their arrangement before booking. In unallocated camping, choose only within the area shown by reception and respect other campers’ space.

Visitors & younger campers

Day visitors must check in at reception, pay the published A$5 per-person fee and be accompanied by a staying guest. Confirm their departure time with reception. Campers under 18 must have an adult with them throughout the stay.

Length of stay

The published limit is 14 days within a six-week period. Long-term stays are not offered.

02 / A CONSIDERATE STAY

Leave a little
room for everyone.

Kitchen, bathrooms & laundry

Kitchen hours: 7 am–10 pm. Clean barbecues after use. Bathrooms are available apart from cleaning; supervise children and do not clean fish there. Washing machines are paid facilities. Report faults to reception.

Waste & recycling

Separate recycling into marked bins or areas. Do not put tents, gazebos, furniture or gas bottles in or beside the general-waste bins.

Quiet time & behaviour

Keep noise considerate and observe quiet time after 10 pm. Abusive, aggressive, disorderly behaviour and illicit drug use are not tolerated. Management may require guests who breach the rules to leave.

03 / OUTSIDE, TOGETHER

Enjoy the creek.
Care for the place.

Water & boundaries

Supervise children and check water conditions. Keep out of adjoining private property and the private land across the creek. Do not jump, swing or enter the water from prohibited neighbouring areas; submerged hazards may be present.

Dogs at camp

The published limit is two dogs per booking site. Keep dogs with their owner, clean up after them and use a lead outside designated off-leash areas. Ask reception for the fenced exercise and dog swimming boundaries. Bell tents are pet-free.

Fires & natural surroundings

Use an approved container at least 30 cm above the ground that catches the coals. Hire pits are available. Check fire restrictions before lighting a fire. Be aware of falling branches when choosing and using a campsite.

04 / YOUR SETUP

A few practical
essentials.

Parking & security

One vehicle is permitted per site; additional vehicles use guest parking as directed. Ask before unloading an extra vehicle or bringing a boat for storage. Secure belongings and lock vehicles.

Power & grey water

Powered-site leads must be rated at 15 amps. Double adapters are prohibited. Collect grey water and empty it at the designated dump point.

Generators

Published battery-recharging hours are 8–10 am and 4–6 pm. Confirm any current restrictions with reception.
